Did you send out a holiday card/eCard to your clients in 2019 or at the beginning of this year? If so, I hope you included a discount for your clients as a “gift” to them and a gift certificate they can give to a friend to receive some type of free and initial service with you.

What better way for your clients to spend quality time with their students then to work out together while they are home on break? Try offering a student discount during December and/or January.

It is a win/win/win for everyone! Your clients and their students get quality time together for a discounted rate, both your clients and the students will stay fit and healthy over the winter break and your business could pick up during the typically slower months of the year!

Hosting a racing event is an excellent way to get new clients walking through your doors and keep current clients motivated and engaged with your business.

Start out by hosting a fun run that starts outside of your business. The initial set up will take some work, but a racing event hosted by your facility could be a the start of a tradition that is beneficial to your community and to your bottom line.

 

It isn’t just the racers who will associate the fun they have at the race….with you and your facility. The volunteers and the spectators will do the same! The idea is that you will have a large group of people right in front of your facility knowing exactly where you are and what a fabulous, community-minded company you are. You need to know their strengths, their weaknesses, what they do, what they don’t do, the “feel” of their facility and so much more.
