Remind Clients to Use Holiday Discounts

Did you send out a holiday card/eCard to your clients in 2019 or at the beginning of this year? If so, I hope you included a discount for your clients as a “gift” to them and a gift certificate they can give to a friend to receive some type of free and initial service with you.

What better way to keep your current clients coming back for more training and for getting quality word of mouth referrals?

If you didn’t send your clients a holiday card with a discount etc., maybe you ran some other type of discount for the holidays? It is critical that you and your entire team are following up on these promotions. I don’t have to tell you that January is a key month for most fitness businesses and can bring in more revenue than most other months.

Now is the time to work hard and hustle. People are thinking about taking better care of themselves and making their health a priority. You want to be the one to help them!

Ask your team to send personalized messages to their clients reminding them of discounts and promotions that may be expiring soon. Post reminders in your studio and on social media.

Take full advantage of the hard work you put into marketing at the end of last year and the beginning of this year!
