Get Clients During Down Times!

100_0336It can be hard to fill certain hours in your personal training schedule and those hours are going to differ depending on the demographic of your clients. The good news is that….

…..you can get creative and find ways to fill those slower times that will both help you and your clients.

The most successful way we do this is by offering “Team Training” options. (make sure to read “Generate Extra Revenue With Team Training” to learn exactly how our Team Training works).

These are small groups that are focused on specific goals. Our Team Training groups have a maximum of 4 clients. The small group setting gives clients the attention they need and want but they get to split the cost with other clients. Team Training can be a great supplement for a personal training client that wants more time with a personal trainer, but can’t pay for another one on one session each week. Team Training is also great for group training clients that would like to get a little more attention from a personal trainer, but don’t want to move to one on one sessions quite yet!

Finally, we schedule these Team Training times during times when it tends to be difficult to fill our schedule.

It really is a win/win for everyone!

Here is a sample of the many 10 Week Team Training Options that will be starting up on Aug 17th!

 

Monday 

7:00am PIT Workouts Galore – Advanced – Lacy You can expect Intervals, STAIRS, & High Intensity workouts every week to take your fitness to the NEXT LEVEL!

Tuesday 

8:00am Balance, Strength & Agility – All Levels – Marijka This series will focus on challenging your mind, strength & stability. Once technique and strength are mastered you will then progress to explosive movements. This is a perfect opportunity to get condition in a smaller setting & to be held accountable to your goals!

11:00am TRX – All Levels – Molly Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.

3:00pm PIT Workouts Galore – Advanced – Lacy You can expect Intervals, STAIRS, & High Intensity workouts every week to take your fitness to the NEXT LEVEL!

Thursday 

8:00am YogaFIT for Runners All Levels – Derrick- In addition to making you a stronger, more stable runner, this yoga class will increase your running-specific mobility, relax all your running muscles and enhance your recovery. This yoga class is perfect for runners of all levels, including post- rehab runners. Come get a great mind/body workout and be a better runner.
